REECIA MAXWELL, Owner / Stylist

Reecia's nearly 20 years experience in the beauty industry qualifies her to lead her fashion forward salon and stylists. She began her career in southern California, mentoring under the 30-year veteran and platform artist, Charlotte Vitalich. Reecia's thirst for knowledge took her to New York City where she achieved accreditation as a Certified Redken Colorist, a program designed to recognize and reward top colorists. She is also certified in Aveda hair color and now works with it exclusively. Reecia has taught color classes for the better part of fifteen years and leads a comprehensive mentoring program for her stylists. Her extensive training takes her throughout the U.S. on a regular basis. She has worked backstage with top stylists in the industry at various fashion shows over the years. These experiences allow her to teach other promising colorists as well as inspire a tremendous amount of professional and personal growth for her team. Reecia has an extensive background in advanced foiling techniques, dimensional colour, personal colour placement and corrective colour. Reecia is also certified in hairlocs hair extensions and is well versed in special occasion styling.

SHERRY MILLER, Assistant Manager

Sherry graduated from Crevier’s School of Cosmetology in 1999 as a nail technician. After working for 2 years she went back to Crevier's to get her license in cosmetology. While working at Soucie & Soucie Hair Design she attended many advanced cutting and color classes. She joined Reecia’s team in 2009 as front desk coordinator and is now the assistant manager.

TANIA SONJU, Stylist

As an Aveda beauty professional, Tania helps her clients not only look beautiful, but feel beautiful by combining Aveda botanical hair care products with her experienced technical skills. Tania joined Reecia'Salon in 2004 as a hairstylist. She was recently selected to the Aveda Mentor Program which consists of an elite group of stylists who are passionate about bringing their knowledge, leadership and excellent service skills to their salon team and guests.

JENI SHAW, Stylist

Jeni began her career in 2005 as an apprentice, joining Reecia'Salon Team in 2006. Her incredible artistic talent became known quickly. Jeni finds inspiration through media and current trend collections. She applies elements of those trends in a way that is compatible with her individual clients, striving to enhance natural beauty in a fashion forward way. Jeni enjoys working with every color and texture on the pallet, all while maintaining hair integrity. Jeni also specializes in texture and is certified in the Brazillian Blowout System.

RITA BECKER, Stylist

Rita is a full service professional, trained and certified in Aveda hair colour. She also performs nail services and facial waxing making her well suited for all your beauty needs. She has a humerous outgoing, confident energy and loves creating looks that are versatile and wearable for every day. With four years experience, Rita joined Reecia’Salon team in 2009.

ASHLEY YOUNKIN, Stylist

Ashley is "Aveda grown", receiving her education in Seattle, Washington at Gary Manuel Aveda Institute of Cosmetology. She then headed back her roots in the flathead valley, joining Reecia’Salon team in 2009. She trained with Reecia for a complete year and is very competent in all aspects of Aveda colour and haircuts. Ashley also specializes in bridal styling and Aveda makeup for bridal and everyday applications. She aspires to someday be an editorial stylist.

STELLA EDWARDS, Stylist

Stella began her career at Hua Lian Zi Salon in Hainan, China. After 3 years of training she relocated to Shanghai at the Si Yuan Salon where she spent the next 7 years performing cuts, facials, manicures, pedicures, and texture. She moved to Montana in 2007 and continued her career graduating from Pela Beauty Academy in Whitefish. Stella joined the Reecia'Salon team in July of 2010 where she continued her training to work with Aveda hair color and cutting techniques. Although Stella specializes in Asian hair, she is well versed in working with all textures.

AMY WEATHERS, Stylist

Amy Weathers joined the Reecia’s Salon team in July of 2010. Amy specializes in haircuts of all types and makeup. She participates in ongoing color training with Aveda color. In 2004 Amy graduated from Carolina Academy, a Paul Mitchell Partner School in Gastonia, North Carolina. She returned to NW Montana to be near family and friends. She (of course) loves the Mountain, the lake, and roller derby. Amy brings a very fun creative flaire to all she does from the everyday guest in the salon to events like weddings, prom, etc. She also volunteers for hair and makeup at the local theatre company.

KALI RADEL, Stylist

Kali Radel is a Kalispell, MT native. She graduated from The Academy of Cosmetology in Bozeman January 2011. Pursuing Aveda's mission to care for the world we live in, Kali began her career at Reecia’s as an apprentice in the training program. A very motivated and determined individual, Kali has a positive attitude and a very giving personality. Kali’s natural talent compliments her pursuit of continuing education.

DEB HUNTINGTON, Licensed Esthetician

Debbie's career began in 1996, along with her interest in wellness and health. Debbie previously has been a "Purefessional Educator for Aveda" and continues to enjoy being a wellness educator at Reecia's. Debbie provides customized facials, ayurvedic treatments, advanced age-management treatments, as well as lash tinting, brow tinting, and waxing services. ANGIE MENSSEN, Licensed Esthetician

A graduate of MSU-Bozeman, Angie holds a B.S. in Sociology and a minor in Women's Studies. She earned her esthetics license in Billings, MT at the Academy of Nail, Skin and Hair.
