Payment and Cancellation / No Show Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and checks. A credit card may be required to reserve your appointment. If you cannot keep your appointment,we request 24 hours notice to avoid a charge for your scheduled service.
Return Policy on Products
We want to ensure you are happy with your home care products. Unopened products are eligible for full refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened products can be exchanged for another suitable product within 30 days of purchase.
Spa Arrival & Etiquette
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service so we may gather necessary information from you to ensure your best service. Cell phone use is not allowed during spa services and silent mode is appreciated during salon services. If your service is longer than 2 hours
we encourage you not to park directly in front of the building to avoid a ticket, please park further north on Lupfer, or First Ave.

From time to time, we will offer special incentives and promotions through our Website for services and products purchased in our Salon. To take advantage of these offers you need to be signed up and registered through our online form. On our online form, we ask for
your mailing address so we can create a unique user ID for you. This allows us to send you offers that you have asked to receive.
